Cielo located in Palm Beach Gardens bordering Jupiter is a brand new Lennar community offering 2 and 3 story townhomes. Abacoa is a 2,055 acre community made up of many different individual neighborhoods. One neighborhood that has been doing particularly well is Canterbury. Canterbury consists of 209 town homes. A community pool makes the neighborhood a friendly place to be. Since the 4^th of June Canterbury has sold three homes. These homes were built in 2006 and 2007, and were in the price range of $259,000 to $569,000. Abacoa is a 2,055 acre community located in the center of Jupiter, Florida. Within Abacoa are a number of different neighborhoods such as Cambridge. Three homes between the prices of $365,000 to almost $480,000 have sold since the 4^th of January this year. All three homes were built in 2001 and many of them have pools.
